• What You Will Be Doing:Recruitment: Focus on hiring for both production and office roles
• Onboarding: Facilitate new hire orientation and integration into the company
• Employee Engagement: Assist with planning and executing engagement activities
• Strategic Initiatives: Work with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies
• Investigations: Learn to conduct investigations and provide support in employee relations
• General HR Support: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and employee relations

• What You Bring to the Table:Previous recruitment experience, preferably in an industrial environment
• General university degree or HR diploma
• Strong recruitment skills and excellent communication skills
• Ability to identify blind spots and provide insights for improvement
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
