Urgently seeking a qualified Associate Director of Nursing for a facility in Brooklyn, NY!

About the Role:

Searching for an equipped supervisor to assume the shift responsibility for the overall assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on the unit!

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes creativity in developing quality/performance improvement programs, instructing staff and implementing new and improved standards.
• Maintains a safe and caring environment for patients that is conductive to positive health teaching and maintenance; patient and family expectations of care to be delivered in a culturally sensitive manner and role models sensitivity to staff.
• Educates staff in new and existing department procedures and systems (eg. Information systems, fiscal responsibility, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Must obtain a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Current NY RN license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience including previous supervisory experience.
• Must be able to work the shift time of 12a - 8:15a, 5x8 hour shifts, 13 week contract with alternating weekends.
