Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maximizing revenue. Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and cost control measures
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and resolving any guest issues or complaints
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional customer service
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met

Skills:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills
- Excellent guest relations abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in revenue management techniques to drive profitability
- Knowledge of human resources practices and ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with international guests
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including reservations systems and check-in/check-out processes
