Marketing Operations Manager
Location : San Rafael, CA (hybrid)
Pay Rate : $55-65 / hour

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, U.S. Brand Management, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives in a mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities :
- Promotional Review :
Lead and manage the Promotional Review Board (PRB) process for reviewing and approving materials.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns with Brand Teams.
Define budgets, manage monthly accruals, and control expenses.
Train internal and external partners on systems and processes.
