CONTRACT - long term

Job Description:
The successful candidate will support the Site Aquisition and RAN project teams and the Sales team. The primary responsibility is database knowledge of the following AT&T site development systems:
IWM
LMPS - ATT leasing system
NRC
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • helping site aquisition and RAN team updating the following AT&T systems
    • IWM
    • NRC
  • working with sales teams updating site lease agreements in LMPS - ATT leasing system
  • Work with cross functional teams to capture all deliverables through the lifecycle of the project.
  • Work closely with project teams and vendors to provide them with the needed training and support on the following AT&T systems:
    • LMPS- ATT leasing system
    • IWM
    • NRC
  • Proactively identify efficiencies with the systems and collaborate with Project / market team and vendor to implement new processes to improve cycle times.
  • Provide status reports to leadership and the customer on all deliverables.
  • Develop plan of action with vendor to have all corrections submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintain project databases, analyze data, and communicate project updates and timelines to Site Development team, Customer and National Construction Director.
  • Updating of forecast and completions in company database and customer related platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wireless site construction and/or carrier deployment required.
  • Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
  • Leadership qualities and capabilities; subject matter expert in construction principles and methods
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with detailed data entry and forecasting.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills required.
  • Ability to work on multiple, complex transactions in fast paced, energetic environment.
  • Decision Making - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
  • Interpersonal - Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
  • Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with transaction related problems. Resourceful research and analytical skills.
