Description

Position Summary: 

This position provides comprehensive property maintenance for residential communities. You will ensure smooth operations by handling repairs, maintaining building systems, and keeping common areas clean.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents, guests & renters with general repairs and maintenance (heat, temperature control, lock outs, package delivery, etc.) 
• Complete work orders promptly and accurately 
• Open units for authorized personnel 
• Assess and direct maintenance issues to appropriate providers 
• Conduct routine unit inspections 
• Maintain property systems (water, septic, heating, pool/hot tub) 
• Handle trash removal and grounds maintenance (snow removal, sanding, landscaping) 
• Clean common areas 
• Cover on-call shifts 
• Perform other duties as required 
• Open/close buildings (if applicable) 
• Assist with shuttle bus (if applicable) 
• Other duties as needed to meet contractual obligations

Salary and Benefits

• Pay starting at $20.00 per hour depending on skills and experience (if you think you may be a good fit let's talk!)

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Understanding of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry 
• Knowledge of swimming pools/hot tubs is a bonus 
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Be courteous, friendly, and professional 
• Be responsible and punctual 
• Possess valid driver's license 
• Will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
