We are seeking an IT Generalist to join our team in support of the PHNSY Contract.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a project leader or integration specialist for a diverse team of IT specialists, ensuring seamless functionality of various technologies and effective communication with end-users.
• Plan and deliver customer support services, including installation, consultation, troubleshooting, user assistance, and training.
• Diagnose and resolve issues based on customer-reported incidents and analyze work processes for improved efficiency.
• Implement and manage complex systems through the integration of diverse hardware and software technologies, performing administrative and technical tasks on information systems while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Perform administrative and technical tasks on information systems, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Interface with end-users, utilizing soft skills to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
• Cover multiple functional areas such as systems design, systems and network administration, programming/analysis, IT support, and IT consulting.

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Salary Range: $85 - $120K DOE

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Broad understanding of technology and business, with strong soft skills often lacking in technology-focused individuals
• Multi-functional with strong analytical abilities, including critical reasoning and statistical analysis
• 4 years of IT project management or related experience
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like LIDAR and augmented reality.
