Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in an exciting, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a vibrant Human Resource Administrator to join our People Team and make a real impact across our diverse locations. If you’re passionate about HR, love coordinating projects, and thrive on variety, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have everything they need from day one
  • Manage job requisitions, I-9s, worker’s compensation, and HR files with finesse
  • Act as a bridge between onsite teams and Corporate HR and Operations for seamless collaboration
  • Drive initiatives for our food services operations in LA, Eagle Mountain, Los Lunas, and Prineville
  • Help management keep digital drives organized and efficient
  • Visit sites to ensure top-notch food quality, service, and operational excellence
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
  • Assist in crafting reward and recognition programs that make our team shine
  • Work with onsite teams, clients, security personnel, and other vendors
  • Provide support to the People Team with employee benefits programs
  • Oversee employee uniforms with style
  • Assist in staffing and scheduling of temporary staff workers
What You Bring:
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Solid background in Human Resources
  • Experience working with culinary, facilities, and HR teams is a plus
  • Proficiency in using technology, including ATS and HRIS
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Requirements:
  • 2 years in office management and/or coordinator roles
  • Active Manager’s Food Handlers Card as required by the State Health Department
  • Willingness to travel 30% to other states for business purposes
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
