Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Loader/Unloader to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and assisting with the distribution of products.

Duties:

- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other heavy equipment to move products in and out of storage areas, as well as within the warehouse.
- Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other storage areas.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain warehouse equipment.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and accuracy standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensure all materials are properly handled, stored, and secured.
- Participate in inventory management and product shipment processes.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize order picking skills to efficiently locate and retrieve products.
- Assist with the maintenance of the warehouse facility, including the upkeep of machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform tasks as required in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Skills:

- Proficiency with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Experience with materials handling and shipping receiving processes.
- Familiarity with distribution center operations.
- Knowledge of building and construction techniques.
- Ability to operate in a warehouse environment with high noise levels and physical demands.
- Compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Order picking and inventory management skills.
- Experience in a warehouse or similar setting.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy loads.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.29 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
