Job Purpose:
Serve as the point of contact for National restaurant clients; producing client satisfaction and retention using responsiveness and ease of process.
Duties:
· Manage and facilitate the production of printed menus or digitally published for national restaurant brands. Responsible for preliminary data collection, and organization of the menu details to production and delivery in an organized and detail-oriented manner.
· Responsible for fostering a trusted vendor relationship with brand contacts.
· Utilize MenuNet, Trabon’s proprietary restaurant software, to manage menu campaigns for restaurant corporate and franchised stores.
· Work closely with sales staff and clients to strategize about existing processes, future improvements, and upcoming projects.
· Work closely with a variety of departments (scheduling, software development, prepress, pressroom, bindery, warehouse, and shipping) to ensure accurate deliverable of product.
· Manage project schedules and meet deadlines: set, synchronize, and drive schedules in cooperation with client, internal team, and external suppliers.
· Perform multistage QC procedures, including print proofs, press approvals, data processing, editing, and additional fact checking.
· Manage the workflow of artwork, work orders, proofs, change orders, as well as obtain approvals. Accurately update all documents, departments, vendors, suppliers, and the client throughout project.
· Analyze print, data, and mailing for efficiency and cost reduction.
· Conduct multiphase billing, coordinate cost documentation, invoicing, and postage reconciliation for accurate final billing.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred. Along with computer proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe Professional) and strong keyboard skills, you must have customer service experience, the ability to analyze and resolve problems and possess excellent communication skills. Must also have the ability to learn about Trabon’s software offerings and provide assistance to client users by trouble shooting. Marketing experience preferred.
· This position will be a hybrid in-office position. The first 90 days will require in-office training. Beyond the 90 days, hybrid in-office will begin.
