Tracsis Events is Hiring a Finance Director Near Combined Locks, WI
Here at Tracsis we are moving closer towards our goal of operating as an integrated Group with deeper shared expertise and a clearer value proposition. We are currently recruiting for a Finance Director who will be responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the UK businesses within the Group’s Combined Services portfolio.
Working closely with the Managing Director of Combined Services, you will help to develop and execute a growth strategy for the Division that maximises commercial value and supports closer integration of the operating businesses.
What You Will Do..This role has responsibility to ensure that the drivers of financial performance and profitability for these businesses are well understood and are reported clearly and accurately. Supported by a divisional finance team and working alongside the Tracsis plc shared service finance team, they will deliver insightful monthly management reporting and prepare accurate, robust budgets and rolling forecasts for the Division.
They will maintain close control of margins by managing expenditure, understanding and tracking the profitability of key contracts, and supporting the Combined Services leadership team in pricing and negotiating new contracts and opportunities. As the activity of the division is highly seasonal there is a focus on managing working capital performance to maximise cash performance.
They will support the Group Executive Leadership Team with M&A execution and integration within the UK and European services and technology markets.

- Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Confident preparing budgets and management reporting, and executing audit process
- Strong financial technical knowledge
- Good commercial acumen
- Intellectual capability and flexibility to deal with multiple workstreams
- Proactive influencing and leadership skills; confidence to engage and challenge peers and more senior colleagues
- Able to move seamlessly between the big picture and the detail
- Drive to develop and take on increasing responsibility
