We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

We are seeking a tactical, purpose driven Product Manager whose sole mission and core focus is to use our proprietary data to build software that will drive ROI and engagement for dealers. This role will be required to work directly with dealers to develop software strategies that help dealers make data driven equipment decisions. To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and reliable problem-solver.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conducts market research and data analysis to identify customer needs and new product opportunities.
• In conjunction with Marketing and Sales, develop and execute go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to execute on product strategies
• Conduct user acceptance testing and constantly review and test existing software.
• Work with Marketing, Sales and UX teams to review analytics and track product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage product roadmap that reflects the product strategy. Communicate progress and milestones to leadership and stakeholders
• Define and implement automated technologies to increase efficiencies and scalability. 
• Understand and account for operational issues, customer needs, and profit goals in the product development process.
• Acting as the voice of the customer, provide product feedback to support product development.
• Actively participate and take advantage of available industry events and associations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or strong in product experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Dealership knowledge or experience working with dealers.
• Experience in conducting, compiling and presenting customer research.
• Able to think critically and make data-driven decisions based on product specifications, while acknowledging trade-offs.
• Passion for data driven innovation and solutions for dealers.
• Outstanding project and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous startup experience desired.
