Overview

Role: Acccount Supervisor 

Client: Tropicana & Quaker

Location: Chicago, IL

Tracy-Locke is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our team!

The Account Supervisor's primary responsibilities consist of owning the brand category and scope of work.

Responsibilities

• Owns channel segment of business unit.

• Expert understanding of client’s brands, commerce landscape and competitive landscape.

• Gains trust and confidence of client contacts through effective communication.

• Provides strategic input to the creative process.

• Helps identify the client needs vs wants.

• Deep level of cross-functional discipline collaboration.

• Collaborates skillfully with high-level agency partners/IAT.

• Helps lead brainstorms and IAT sessions.

• Writes effective briefs for creative counterparts on client request.

• Attends and contributes as a thought-leader in brainstorms to get to compelling ideas.

• Supports and defends agency POV in all client communications.

• Brings new and innovative thinking to business.

• Helps manage process with outside vendors and all other suppliers.

• Manages production/billing estimates on behalf of the client.

• Meets with finance monthly to reconcile project summaries and provide job closing direction.

• Supervises & Mentors Senior AE/AE/AAE (where applicable).

• Actively recruits new talent.

• Embodies the values of agency.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS (business/marketing related courses) or related experience.

• 7 years agency experience.

• Proficient in Keynote.
