Trade Tech Inc, a family owned machine and fabrication shop located in Hartford WI, is looking to hire an experienced industrial painter!

Trade Tech serves many different industries including Mining, Aerospace, Automation, Heavy Equipment, Defense, Nuclear, and Wind insuring a stable and consistent work load and career.

Trade Tech just finished installing a brand new, 25'x50' fully ventilated paint booth with state of the art wet spray equipment with automated mixing and cleaning!

Pay is based on experience. Some overtime available depending on work load.

We are looking for qualified, energetic, quality-conscious individuals with the desire to learn and work as a team. Trade Tech machines large metal components and large steel fabrications that often have strict paint specifications.

Job Description:

-Understand and be able to use airless and conventional spray equipment.
-Perform a high quality paint job in a timely manner.
-Paint/apply coatings per customer specifications
-Prepare parts for paint, cleaning and masking.
-Must be able to understand and follow directions according to work orders.
-Clean and maintain equipment used in the work cell and keep work area clean at all times.
-Operate Forklift moving pallets and large parts.
