Quality Inspector – First or Second Shift

Candidates shall have a background of 3-5 years in utilizing CMM, Faro, or Romer arm technologies, coupled with proficiency in PolyWorks Inspector and Cam2. Additionally, hands-on experience with precision measuring tools such as Micrometers, Calipers, and Bore Gauges is essential. Applicant should have experience in the manufacturing industry measuring large part characteristics to close tolerances using manual instruments. Computer literacy and familiarity with office products and windows file structure is expected.

Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to, Inspection of short run or unique parts, auditing of instrument calibration, organization of tools and instruments, creation and completion of inspection reports and bubbled inspection prints, working to written procedures, completion of non-conformance documentation and creating inspection programs with a portable (FARO) inspection arm, and performing inspections. While prior experience with CAD systems isn’t mandatory, it’s seen as beneficial as inspection to CAD files is often required, just as a background in weld inspection and Nondestructive testing (NDT) would be.
