Manufacturing Customer Service Coordinator
Job Summary:
An important part of TCI, Inc.’s customer focus, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries, following up to resolve complaints, and processing orders. Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain, the Customer Service Rep develops strong relationships with customers, creating, managing, and documenting orders, in addition to maintaining customer inventory stored at TCI, Inc.
