RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull permits and schedule inspections
- Vendor Packets and Payroll Packets
- Maintain office supplies
- Interview support
- Data entry and filing
- Onboarding and orientation
- Local safety training point-person
- HRIS management (hires, employee changes, terms)
- Policies and procedures – local awareness and support
- iPad training
- Local recognition, company memo management (bulletin boards)
- Work with IT on office systems (phones, computers, etc)
- Oversee workplace health and safety compliance
- Maintain all required licenses, permits, labor law posters etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year in an administrative or office assistant role
- 1 year experience in HR is preferred
- Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking
