Our painters perform a variety of tasks such as assembling scaffolding, surface preparation, sanding down old paint, filling in drywall holes, mixing paint colors, and painting businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable talking with clients to understand their needs. Responsibilities
•Use of power spray equipment
•Experience using scissor and boom lifts
•Communicate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on the right approach
•Fill holes and cracks with putt, and sand away old paint to prepare surfaces for painting
•Clean up work area once project is finished
•Apply primer or sealers to paint surfaces
•Assemble scaffolding when required
Qualifications
•Experience with painting tools and techniques
•Stamina, standing for long periods of time, dexterity, and physical strength is required
•Should have general knowledge of painting techniques and tools, but we are willing to provide training
•High school diploma or GED preferred
•Preference for candidates with 2 years work experience and completed apprenticeship, but not required
•Applicants that are detail-oriented and possess strong time management and communications are preferred
