Job Details:

For Commercial needs...

Regular inspections inside commercial industries. This includes recording and evaluation of insects and rodents captured in monitoring devices at locations such as:

• Food manufacturing/processing facilities
• Food storage warehouses
• Large scale flour/feed mills

- Monitoring is performed with the use of flashlights, magnifying glasses and hand-held scanning devices to flag issues and monitoring device catches.

- Inspection and evaluation of food safety practices observed inside facilities to ensure product is not infested/contaminated due to pests. This includes identifying issues in procedures, physical structures, sanitation etc. seen upon each visit.

- Technicians must communicate with food safety/quality assurance contact at each location to relay issues and help resolve them in a timely manner.

- Technicians must be able to use problem solving, communication and logic to help eliminate and control pests and resolve unfit conditions/practices at each location.

Residential needs...

- Performing estimates for customers; ability to identify pests and formulate a treatment plan. Writing up estimates, pricing and using handheld device to input information.

- Mixing of chemical solutions according to label directions.

- Treating exteriors of structures for preventative maintenance of pests; using a gas powered spraying rig.

- Treatment of emergency hornet/wasp nests; some on-call weekend or after hours time may be required.

- Rodent control: identifying issues, investigating customer complaints/concerns, setting up rodent control plans.

- Must be in good communication with the office regarding daily jobs or rescheduling needs.

- Keeping truck clean, organized and ready for inspection at any time

Other Details:

• Truck provided that is taken home each night
• Background check required

• Health, dental, vision insurance. Our client will cover 60% of the insurance and you will be responsible for 40%. The 40% will be deducted from your weekly pay.

• A company phone will be provided if requested. If you do not use a company phone

It will be assumed, you are willing to use your personal phone to conduct business. If a phone app is required by the client they will pay for the app.
