We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, specializing in managing products within large fintech companies, investment banks, or financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with trading algorithms, trading user interfaces, networks, cybersecurity, and business functions. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to coordinating technical projects and achieving results. The Product Manager will also support Fixed Income trading systems and drive overall product management initiatives to support new development efforts across the institutional business.

Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Product Management: Oversee the development and management of products related to trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
• Fixed Income Trading Systems: Support and manage Fixed Income trading systems, ensuring they are optimized for performance and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various technology and business groups, including developers, analysts, cybersecurity experts, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless product execution.
• Trading Systems: Manage and coordinate the development of trading systems and algorithms, ensuring all requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members, to provide regular product updates and address concerns.
• Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing workloads and managing time effectively to meet product deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Engage with diverse personalities, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
• Technical Coordination: Work alongside technical teams to coordinate product development and integration activities, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Persistence: Demonstrate a persistent and determined approach to overcoming obstacles and achieving product objectives.
• Product Initiatives: Drive overall product management initiatives to support new development efforts across the institutional business.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in product management within fintech companies, investment banks, or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of trading algorithms, user interfaces, networks, and cybersecurity.
• Experience in supporting Fixed Income trading systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all types of personalities.
• Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science) preferred.

• The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $225,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
