Designer:

Join our growing Kitchen & Bath renovation business! Your new position will soon (beginning of August) be located in our brand new showroom that is currently being constructed.

Specializing in kitchens and bathrooms with expert knowledge of the variety of cabinets, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical solutions for these rooms. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct both in-home and office meetings with clients
• Collaborate with clients and use design software to create renderings and designs
• Speak to the customers about the products we offer (manufacturer, quality, construction, capabilities, customizations, process, and style), and identify the best product/manufacturer for the client’s parameters.
• 20/20 Design Software Expertise/Experience
• Help clients narrow and choose various materials needed for their remodeling projects.
• Generate proposals and contracts with our standard TW forms
• Work with contractors and tradespeople to build out the design and estimate
• Keep clients updated and informed regarding any plan changes or delays in progress.
• Conduct a final measure to confirm final layouts to ensure that design fits as intended.
• Obtain customer signatures on Style Packet and TW closing documents
• Fill out the order sheet with all of the materials required and submit to the Office Manager to be ordered from our suppliers.
• Onsite visits during the construction phase may be required. Meeting with installers and tradesmen when necessary.
• Attend onsite templates with trades and meet with installers on the first day of installation.
• Develop positive working relationships with customers, contractors, and designers that may result in repeat business.
• Attend social events to make new connections and develop business relationships as needed.
