We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Custodian to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at our DBC office located in Woodland Hills, Ca.

The ideal candidate will ensure all areas of the office are kept tidy, sanitized, and presentable for employees, clients, and visitors.

What you will do :

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchenettes, and common areas daily.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office spaces including public areas and outdoor surrounding areas.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, tables, and windowsills.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in restrooms and throughout the office.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Facilities Coordinator.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment.

What you will need :

• Proven experience as a janitor, housekeeping or cleaner role required.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks.
• Good physical stamina and mobility.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Able to lift 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours : 5a-2p.

ONSITE POSITION IN WOODLAND HILLS, CA. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO THIS LOCATION.

Please note that a job offer for this position will be determined based on many factors, including experience, unique skill set, other qualifications, location, job performance (current employees), and various business and budgetary considerations.
