Train with Dave is the highest paying personal training company in California that aims to provide the highest level personal training experience in the nation to our clients. No sales are required. We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Certified Personal Trainers on an in-person basis to meet fast-growing demand. Our standardized procedures enable our coaches to change the lives of many clients and maintain high client retention rates.
Job Description:

• Assess clients, create customized nutrition and fitness programs, and get them excited about our program
• Administer personal training sessions
• Achieve client results according to company standards
• Offer a personalized and attentive service to members
• Keep our Personal Training app up to date and current
• Teach members the correct usage of equipment and exercise methods through demonstration and guidance.
• Ensure every member receives top-notch customer service.
• Attend Personal Training related meetings

Requirements:

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills to connect with and motivate clients.
• Deep expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming.
• Proven experience in coaching clients to achieve results.
• Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances.
• Up to date Personal Training Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Personal Training experience.

Nice to Haves:

• Customer service experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced strength and conditioning certification.
• Advanced degree in training or nutrition.
• Experience with startups and/or cutting-edge technology.
