TWD Fitness Management is a rapidly growing personal training company that aims to provide the highest level personal training experience in the nation to our clients.

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic college-educated Personal Trainers on an in-person basis to meet fast-growing demand.

Our standardized procedures enable our coaches to change the lives of many clients and maintain high client retention rates.

Responsibilities :

• Assess clients, create customized nutrition and fitness programs, and get them excited about our program.
• Check-in consistently using our app and text messages.
• Maintain or exceed a high client retention rate.
• Find fun and novel ways to engage clients who are intimidated by fitness.
• Proactively help improve our programs to better suit client needs.

Requirements :

• Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills to connect with and motivate clients.
• Deep expertise in the human body, training, nutrition, and fitness schedule programming.
• Proven experience in coaching clients to achieve results.
• Expertise in multiple fitness disciplines, including weightlifting, cardio health, and correcting imbalances.
• Degree in exercise science or dietitian nutritionist registration.

Nice to Haves :

• Customer service experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced strength and conditioning certification.
• Advanced degree in training or nutrition.
• Experience with startups and / or cutting-edge technology.
