Responsibilities Include:
  • Planning and Scheduling:
    • Review and oversee planning functions to ensure effective management of order intake and delivery.
    • Develop plans according to forecasts and sales orders.
    • Create and manage weekly production schedules.
  • Customer Management:
    • Manage customer orders to ensure accuracy and responsiveness.
    • Communicate delivery times and delays to customers.
    • Serve as the point of contact for order inquiries and status updates.
  • Inventory and ERP Management:
    • Manage ERP inventory planning level demands.
    • Review and maintain inventory via cycle count results and analysis.
    • Review and correct transaction errors.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, production, distribution, and purchasing teams to address supply chain issues.
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years of experience in materials planning, scheduling, logistics, or supply chain.
    • Proficiency with an ERP system and high-level Excel skills.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Degree in a related field.
    • Experience with excursion planning or plastics; experience in food or chemicals is also considered.
