Job DescriptionProcess Technology EngineerJoin our tight-knit team at the forefront of chemical engineering. With a supportive environment and impactful projects, your expertise will drive innovation and operational excellence.Why you should work here: Developing technical expertise in process technologies to support continuous improvement initiatives. Designing and analyzing reactors and piping systems, applying chemical engineering thermodynamics. Utilizing process modeling tools like CHEMCAD for distillation, heat transfer, and reaction modeling. Leading process development from lab to pilot plant to commercial scale for new products. Planning and conducting pilot plant tests to enhance existing products and support small-scale production. Sizing and designing new equipment such as heat exchangers, reactors, and dryers. Managing small to medium capital projects (< $1MM) to improve operational efficiency. Analyzing feasibility and cost estimates for manufacturing new products. Networking to adopt industry best practices and drive operational excellence. Troubleshooting plant process issues and implementing root cause analysis solutions. Collaborating effectively with peers and stakeholders to achieve operational goals. What you need to be successful:

- Previous experience with project management, including small to medium-sized projects.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools
