NOW HIRING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Provide customer service, retention and attraction of potential customers and negotiation of rates, correct capture of rates in TMW / Customer Service to current clients system.

• Customer service via mail and telephone
• Capture customer data, rates in internal system
• Create system orders for extraordinary services
• Attention to Complaints
• Daily review of correct filling of order capture of the Logistics department
• Meet the sales objectives.
• Search and development of new businesses
• Analysis and optimization of routes.
• Make sales reports (Weekly, Monthly) validate the information in the system
