This position is for a Personal Injury Attorney. The candidate will be joining an established firm that continually and consistently grows each year. We offer a supportive, collaborative working atmosphere and provide our attorneys with tremendous support staff, including a motion department and a network of per diems that allow us to only send attorneys to court when needed. Knowledge of Plaintiffs Personal Injury and the ability to practice it from day one is a must for this position. The candidate will handle a case load, attend court, negotiate settlements, oversee trial preparation, conduct trials, and attend meditations and arbitration's. Strong time management and case management are a must.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Must have experience in litigating complex cases, including construction, labor law and premises cases.
