QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- 3 years Residential PM experience
- **EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS**
- Experience with lease renewals
- Experience with rentals
- Experience with Move in and Move Outs
- Onsite experience a plus
- Yardi preferred
- Clearing Violations
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Tenant Move in and Move Outs
- Inspections
- Clearing Violations
- Serve as Liason between Landlort & Tenant
- Prepare Lease Renewals
- Excellent Customer service towards tenants and clients
