Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Physical Requirements/Working ConditionsPrimarily an indoor office environment.
Able to lift 50lbs.
Other Skills/experiencePrevious office experience is preferred.
Prior computer experience in Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Outlook.
Must be friendly, dependable, and possess a high degree of professionalism.
Possession of strong organizational and communication skills.
Previous experience handling frozen genetic material and working with liquid nitrogen strongly preferred.

- Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate team members.
- Prepare and receive incoming and outgoing genetic shipments.
- Prepare and ship outgoing packages for synchronization of donors.
- Coordinate, pack and prepare daily courier trips for company drivers.
- Partake in maintaining frozen semen and embryo inventory.
- Follows Trans Ova’s policies and procedures.
- Maintains a professional image representative of Trans Ova’s industry position.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
