The role | A Driver Recruiter is responsible for...
- Screening incoming driver applications in a call center environment.
- Assisting qualified candidates in completing their application.
- Scheduling drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements.
- Proactively collaborating with senior management to develop strategies, including building a pipeline for current and future needs, for dedicated and OTR fleets.
- Full cycle recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Resilience to meet weekly staffing quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday daytime hours and one Saturday per month.
- Pay ranging on average $45,000-$50,000 annually.
