Position Details:
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday during standard business hours. Compensation will be based on the qualifications of applicant.
Location:
This is a REMOTE opportunity in the United States. Candidate must reside in the US and be work authorized. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
Our corporate office is located in Chattanooga, TN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As Marketing Manager, you will work collaboratively with the marketing team and support go-to-market (GTM) launches, including demand and lead generation, and brand awareness. Strategize and execute go-to-market efforts and marketing campaigns to support business development initiatives and events.
•Create and maintain marketing materials including presentations, data sheets and digital assets.
•Develop social media copy. Monitor and analyze account activity.
•Support product launches and partnership initiatives.
•Utilize marketing tools and platforms to track and analyze metrics and results.
•Learn Transcard capabilities and payment solution benefits.
•Support marketing events, marketing design, and copy as needed.
Requirements
•5 years of B2B marketing experience including lead generation, content creation and social media.
•Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented.
•Excels at organization and time management.
•Experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) tool, HubSpot and Figma design.
•Ability to work cross-functionally with internal departments and external partners.
•Experience in a startup environment and/or entrepreneurial spirit.
•Adaptable to a variety of projects and eager to learn the payments ecosystem.
•Preferred: Global Fintech/Payments or technology (SaaS) experience across multiple industries.
•Marketing samples or work portfolio preferred.
Education and/or Certifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
