Job Description: We are looking for an Office Manager that will be responsible for fostering and maintaining communication with our customers and plant operations. Provide leadership to all Fleet Clerks. Maintain scheduling boards and ensure new cars and work orders are received and invoiced in a timely manner. Job Requirements: Support plant operations with administrative leadership for production Maintain data entry of completed work into customer websites. Track production hours and labor rates within work centers. Maintain records of production and process invoices. Assist with shipping, create bills of lading and waybills. Update production boards to provide visual representation of our production schedule. Assist with HR functions as needed, such as back-up for payroll and assisting with on-boarding employees.
