We are Now Hiring a Dispatch Supervisor in Chicago, IL!

Responsibilities:
- This position works from our Melrose Park Location at 2040 Indian Boundary Dr. Melrose Park, IL
- Responsible for overseeing road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidents, accidents, radio etiquette etc.
- Responsible for dispatching and maintaining service
- Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Supervises, counsels, coaches, and trains dispatchers.
- Monitors and evaluates operations activities. Ensures that drivers are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and meeting all job requirements.
- Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.
- Covers shifts as needed-Back up scheduler/dispatcher as needed.
- Oversee scheduling process.
- Manage department reports and other communication tools.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Technical degree preferred
- Supervisor experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and analytical abilities
- Trapeze experience preferred
- 1-2 years Experience in the transportation industry
