Position: CDL DriverLocation: Texas
Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods and over-the-road assignments.
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, including logs, inspection reports, and delivery documents.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other company personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide superior customer service.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including ensuring cargo is properly secured at all times.
Compensation
  • Weekly pay of 25% of Weekly Gross
Schedule
  • OTR
  • Must be willing to drive up to 3000 miles weekly
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
  • Must be subject to a drug test and a DOT physical.
  • A minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience. Less than one year could be considered on case basis.
  • Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
  • Ability to navigate and follow directions efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.
  • Should be ready to start immediately
