Position Overview:

As a Task Force Director of Operations, you will be working at different THS client locations throughout the United States.

This position is a project-by-project basis and requires travel to each project location. Task Force Consultants are versatile professionals who excel in various environments and are adaptable to changing business needs. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Details:

• Assignments start out at 3 weeks minimum with potential to extend and typically last 6-9 weeks if extended.
• Competitive pay rates, travel costs covered such as flights, lodging and meals.

The ideal candidate will have had successful experience leadership experience in a full-service hotel. They will be responsible for overall operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of senior management experience (AGM, Operations Director) in a full-service hotel environment
• Luxury experience
• Experience with Food and Beverage departments
• Ideally candidates who are currently not employed and open to travel ASAP.
