Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join the ALL STAR ABA THERAPY team. This position offers the opportunity to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in a behavioral health setting and in home care setting.

Duties:

- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques
- Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals
- Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education practices and principles
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient care standards
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
