Objective

A Regional Developer is responsible for recruiting life insurance agents and financial professionals to develop markets in regional branches.

This position is also equipped with knowledge in financial planning to support our affiliated life insurance agents.

Responsibilities

• Promote company's all-in-one service platform to insurance agents and financial professionals as part of recruiting efforts
• Approach potential prospects with outreach activities: cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits
• Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships and participate in various events, set up booths, distribute promotion materials
• Generate premium quotes or illustration tables and analyze product strength to assist affiliated life agents in financial planning with their clients
• Educate affiliated life insurance agents on product knowledge and sales tactics
• Support affiliated life agents with insurance sales and transactions (schedule medical exams, collect insured data, follow-up correspondence)
• Attend regular training sessions to maintain up-to-date product knowledge for all insurance carriers

Job Requirement

• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities
• Licensed in Life, Health, and Accident Insurance is a plus
• Local and out-of-state traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects
• Outgoing, professional, friendly, and positive learning attitude

Benefits

• Starting base salary $3,500 ~ $5,000/month depend on experience and location, will raise if pass probation

• Lead and evaluate staff performances, report to upper Management (eg. CEO/COO/CMO)
