Local transportation company seeking ground floor professional, highly energetic, customer service oriented agents. Responsibilities include handling call, scheduling appointments & amp; routing trips to drivers. Prior experience is preferred but not required.
Applicant must be motivated to be the best and enjoy working with customers and drivers
- Must be reliable and not miss days from work
-Very friendly and be able to work multitask
- Answer multiple customer service phone calls
- Good communication skills
- Responsible/trustworthy
- Must be able to work under pressure
