Who You Are

• Highly organized with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Experienced in event planning, with a proven track record of coordinating events, symposiums, and tradeshows.
• A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of working comfortably with C-Suite executives and blue-collar employees alike.
• Independent and efficient, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
• Flexible with your schedule, ready to roll up your sleeves before, during, and after events.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, especially with a marketing team.
• Calm under pressure, with exceptional project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Background Profile

• Minimum of 5 years in an event planning role.
• Experience working alongside a marketing team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with all levels of the organization, from executives to front line employees.
• Experience in Transportation & Logistics is a plus!
