• Schedule: 6pm-2:30am with an every-other weekend rotation

West Chicago Terrace is a medical facility, proudly serving the behavioral/psych population. We are in a quiet residential area, across the street from an elementary school and easy to commute to. A few key highlights:

Job Description

What you will do in this role: As the Overnight Shift, you will be the first line of security at our employee entrance/door. The functions are similar to that of a “Welcome” (reception) desk: You will be checking in employees reporting for work, doing security rounds in the center, performing clerical tasks and managing the phone lines for a busy Medical Facility. This job is part Security Officer and part Customer Service.

Qualifications

Overnight Security Officer: officially we call this job a Concierge, but in other centers it may be called a Welcome or Front Desk Receptionist or Security Officer.

What we need from you:

• Prior Experience in a Healthcare or Medical setting is preferable.
• Prior experience as an overnight security officer is desired
• Strong Written and verbal English communication skills are required
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
