Provides on-site support and supervision to residents in a group home or apartment building setting. Provides instruction with budgeting, community utilization, socialization, use of leisure time and activities of daily living. Provides trauma-informed crisis management and intervention resulting in positive outcomes. Ability to engage group of residents with mental illness and build supportive relationships. *Qualifications* _Must possess 1 of 3._ * Bachelor's level education or higher with 2 years' of paid experience in Health or Human Services * Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) or Associate's Degree in Human Services, plus a year of paid experience in Health and Human Services * High school diploma, plus 3 years' paid Health and Human Services experience. *Must possess valid driver's license, pass required background checks, including drug screen.* *Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging* Our Inclusion Commitment TSI’s mission is to help the individuals in our care live more independent lives.
