Provides assessment, individual service/treatment plan development, case management, and other mental and behavioral health services to clients with mental health illness within your scope of practice. Observes clients with supervision to determine and/or confirm diagnosis. Develop, implement and coordinate treatment plans for the psycho-social needs of each client on your caseload to include supportive counseling to client, and case management and supportive treatment to the client and for family members as medically necessary. Collaborate with Supervising LISW, LSW, Director, and staff as it relates to client services.

This position will receive 1:1 and/or group supervision from supervisors through direct observation, clinical meetings, and/or videos. Supervision may be provided by different supervisors based on the service provided or work being completed. Supervision is provided regularly and is documented. In addition, LBHPs are required to attend team meetings, staff professional development sessions per their specific staff development plan, scheduled trainings, and continuing education as required by their licensing board.
