Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in group-based and individual treatment! This position focuses on providing group therapy for adolescent clients!Our Mission: At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide affordable, skilled mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona. Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of therapists to also do so competently and confidently.Flexible Compensation Options Based On Experience And License
- Salaried employee at $65,000 to $80,000
- Productivity-based employee at 65% of the fee per visit
- Contracted $40 per hour
- Flexible scheduling options include a 4-day work week

- Create treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based, group and individual therapy to help teens and adults address mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, and social challenges
- Coordinate care with other professionals to support great outcomes
- Mentor advanced graduate interns during their training at Transitions Counseling and Consulting
- Lead our nationally accredited group therapy programs 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours)
- Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- It is our pleasure to provide high-quality supervision for those with LAC, LMSW, or LAMFT credentials at no cost. Supporting our colleagues in achieving independent licensure is part of our core mission - Arizona needs more mental health professionals!
- Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
- Continuously maintain active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
