Transline Group is Hiring an Outside Sales Near Port Allen, LA

Job Description

Transline Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Port Allen, LA. The ideal candidate is someone who is customer service oriented, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers.
  • Create and implement sales strategies for existing customers.
  • Be available to customers by phone and meet their needs in a timely manner.
  • Work to meet sales goals.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication with patients, suppliers, distributors, and other key accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales leads from initial contact through contract signing and beyond. (e.g., reports of activity, cost of sale, prospects’ names in our contact database, etc.)
  • Proven inside sales experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
