What You'll Do:

- Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory/management experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and outstanding interpersonal abilities.
