TransPerfect’s Marketing team is hiring for a full-time, permanent Digital Marketing Lead to help supercharge the company’s digital marketing programs. 

If that person is you, then you can expect to jump in with our existing digital team and playing a key role in both strategy and execution for our paid and organic search efforts, ABM program, social footprint, and online conversion strategy for our services and technologies that help companies reach and succeed in global markets.

Growth is what drives and defines us in every industry we serve, including Legal, Life Sciences, Retail/E-Commerce, Software/Tech, Financial Services, and Travel. Your role will give you the chance to run campaigns and programs across all these verticals and more, so plan on being a good juggler.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of previous experience in digital marketing – not just executing, but strategizing, planning, and then delivering results. We have resources and vendor partners that help and for whom you will be responsible, but you have the responsibility to ensure that things are done right, and you get the credit at the end when you deliver results.

And those results need to be reported on – you are accountable for successes and how to build on them, as well as for failures and how to learn from them. Success in this role depends on your ability to accurately and reliably report on KPIs and pivot our strategy in response to them.

• Campaign strategy creation and execution – thinking and doing

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years previous experience in a digital marketing role with strong preference for candidates experienced in a B2B or agency environment
• Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with preference for Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
• Must be able to demonstrate quantifiable success in previous digital marketing efforts
• Exceptional project management and resource/vendor coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent strategies across different verticals and channels
• High-level communication (written and verbal) skills in English
• Ability to manage large and fluctuating workloads while maintaining agreed service levels and meeting deadlines
• Travel – 10%
