The ideal candidate will have previous transportation brokerage experience and be able to bring in an existing book of business, however, it is not necessary. We are looking for a go-getter who thrives on bringing in new customers and manages their account with TLS in a true cradle-to-grave sales model. If you aren't afraid to start a conversation with strangers on a daily basis, and have the drive to continually grow, you will fit in perfectly with us!

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls to grow your book of business

• Build relationships with both customers and carriers to help secure freight

• Daily utilization of McLeod software for load building, onboarding new carriers, CRM, etc.

Qualifications

• Previous transportation knowledge, or willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment

• Willingness to come in to the office each day with a mindset on growth
