Business Development and Sales **Job description:**

Were seeking a strategic and mission-driven Associate Recruiter to continually drive our meteoric growth. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will also partner together to analyze processes and ensure were constantly improving how we hire. Responsibilities:

* Drive sourcing capability and capacity to proactively build candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-leading talent for Garner

* Influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel

* Partner with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, conduct intake meetings, and determine target profiles to set and drive sourcing strategies

* Partner with Chief of Staff to define and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the delivery of hiring goals

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation within our applicant tracking system , enabling meaningful reporting and data integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

* 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination, with high volume recruiting experience strongly preferred

* Experience hiring talent in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a startup or software company

* Exceptional people skills and consultative approach to recruiting to foster deep relationships with hiring managers and candidates

* Strong process designer, with the ability to execute operational process systematically with a keen eye for scaling

* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to concurrently manage dozens of candidates across multiple requisitions without compromising the candidate experience
