Office assistantFull time: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8AM to 4:30PM.
Our ideal candidate will need to be able to multi-task and work with a dedicated team with a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities includes:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in an active setting
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide additional administrative support when needed
- Maintain upkeep of the office area when needed
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 6 months office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Quickbooks experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a professional phone demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with peripheral devices, such as copier, fax machine, scanner, etc.
- Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Must be fluent in English
Completion of some college course work desirable
